Selecting Quality Ingredients


For as long as I can remember, I haven't been that into cooking. However, after a delightful dinner at a friend's house where she made seared skirt steak, roasted asparagus, and lemon-glazed root vegetables, I realized that I may have been doing things incorrectly all along. I began talking with friends about how to brighten up dishes by adding the right ingredients, and I found a really bright light in a local grocery store.
